• Created a well-received strategic plan, provided consultation, and collaborated with college leadership to establish priorities for teaching and learning within the college.

• Launched successful online graduate programs in Sport Management and Educational Leadership by providing instructional design support, faculty development, and technology development. The programs continue to attract large numbers of applicants.

• Spearheaded the college's emergency teaching strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the continuation of classes via online delivery while maintaining high standards of academic rigor.

• Highly respected manager of a team including instructional designers, web developers, and graduate research assistants. My team and I offered responsive and skilled support and professional development to over 200 faculty on issues related to course design, educational technology integration, and custom learning applications.

• Improved student learning outcomes through high-quality digital course materials, interactive learning resources, data visualizations, and custom LTI applications. Examples include online course materials in Rise, a web-based writing log, a searchable teaching resource database, and custom course interfaces within Canvas.

• Initiated a university-wide micro-credential program, introducing a new and viable alternative to traditional course credit that highlights students' demonstrated competencies.
